In this guide, I’ll show you the exact formulas and setups that transformed my project management — and hopefully, they can do the same for you!

1. Create a Dynamic Task Management Dashboard

Imagine a dashboard where you can see, at a glance, what’s overdue, due today, or coming up soon. With a bit of database setup and formulas, you can turn Notion into an interactive project management powerhouse.

  • Create Task Properties: In your “Tasks” database, add properties for “Due Date,” “Status,” and “Priority.”
